Contract Number 230050E covering Allsteel Modular Furniture is amended as follows:
Jones-Campbel1 Co.Inc.has requested that its responsibilities under Agreement No.
230050E (The Agreement)be transferred to Cal Bennett's
Cal Bennett's agrees to accept all Contractor responsibilities and obligations as set forth
under "The Agreement".
County agrees that Cal Bennett's shall become the "Contractor"as defined under "The
Agreemenf'.
Cal Bennett's shall henceforth be known as the "Contractor"under "The Agreement".Cal
Bennett's shall be responsible for performing the Contractor's obligations under "The
Agreement"in accordance with the terms,conditions,requirements and specifications of
Agreement No.230050E.
Each party acknowledges acceptance to this Amendment by signing below.Each signatory
shall be an individualwith the authority to legallybind the entity.
Please acknowledge your acceptance by returning all pages of the signed original of this letter to
my office,retaining a copy for your files.
