Maximum: The County of Fresno desires to increase this Agreement in the amount of eighty thousand dollars, ($80,000.00). In no event shall services performed and/or fees paid under this Agreement be in excess of one hundred sixty-two thousand seven hundred fifty dollars, ($162,750.00).
