2 18. SEVERABILITY:
3 If any provision of this agreement is found or deemed to be invalid , this
4 agreement shall be construed as not containing that provision and all other provisions which
5 are otherwise lawful shall remain in full force and effect, and to this end the provisions of this
6 agreement are hereby declared to be severable .
7 IN WITNESS WHEREOF , the part ies have executed this agreement as of the day
