SPECIAL CONDITIONS FOR USE:
* AUTOMATIC RENEWAL: In the absence of notification from vendor to Purchasing, or instructions from County department to Purchasing, this
Agreement will automatically renew for one year on November 1, 2009 and November 1, 2011.
Vehicle Rental as per Agreement.
Renewal through 10/31/2011
1. Vendor to require the County employee to provide a County Identification Card, Valid California Driver's License and CAO8 (County of Fresno Vehicle
Use Permit) when renting a vehicle.
2. The County will not require any kind of additional insurance (damage waiver, personal accident insurance or supplemental liability protection).
3. Vendor to provide pick up and delivery of vehicles at no charge for rentals within 15 miles of City of Fresno limits. A fifteen dollar ($15.00) pick up and
delivery charge each way will be applicable for rentals outside this area.
THIS AGREEMENT IS NOT INTENDED TO CIRCUMVENT ANY COUNTY POLICY. ANY DEPARTMENT RENTING FOR LONGER THAN ONE (1) MONTH
SHOULD HAVE APPROPRIATE APPROVALS.
