Reference is made to our contract number 2300095 dated July 12, 2002 covering Library
Entertainment Services.
The contract with your company expires June 30, 2007. The County of Fresno desires to extend
this contract for an additional twelve (1 2) month period effective July 1, 2007 through June 30,
2008 with the following changes:
1. Estimated number of programs for the period shall be a minimum of three (3), to a
maximum of five (5).
2. Maximum fees to be paid under this agreement shall not exceed five hundred dollars
($500.00).
3. Note: Program price of one hundred dollars ($100.00) shall remain the same.
Acknowledge your acceptance by returning all pages of the signed original of this letter to my
office, retaining a copy for your files.
