Per our phone conversationof this morning,asphalt prices and fuel prices
have had a tremendous increase over the past several months.
Accordingly,we find it necessary10amend the price for SS1~Hasphalt
emulsiondelivered to various County storage tanks.
We are asking that the contract price be increasedfrom $229.06 per ton to
$250.11 per ton for the balance of this contract period.
This increaseonlyreflectsour supplier'sincreasein productcostto us.
the associated sales tax,and additionalfreight charges due to fuel costs.
We appreciateyour prompt consideration In this matter.
