Re : Lease dated January 21, 2020 between Kosla Properties , LLC , a Nevada Limited Liability Company
(Lessor), and County of Fresno (Lessee), concerning 3830 McCall Ave., Selma , CA.
COMMENCEMENT OF TERM
In accordance with the subject Lease , we wish to advise and/or confirm as follows :
1 . The Prem ises have been accepted herewith by the Lessee as being substantially complete in
accordance with the subject Lease, and there is no deficiency in construction
2 . That the Lessee has possession of the subject Premises and acknowledges that under the
provisions of the subject Lease , the term of said Lease shall commence as of February 1, 2021 for a
primary term of two hundred and twenty-eight (228) months , ending on January 31 , 2040 .
Rent is due and payable in accordance with the subject Lease. Currant checks should be payable to :
