Contract Number P -19-363-O providing a subscription to the hosted web based Citizen Relationship
Management (CRM) software system GoRequest is amended as follows:
The contract with your company expires July 31, 2020. The County of Fresno desires to extend this
contract for an additional one year period effective August 1, 2020 through July 31, 2021. Prices will be
firm for the contract period. Amendment provisions shall remain in full force and effect with any contract
renewals.
Maximum: In no event shall services performed and/or fees paid under this Agreement be in excess of
Ninety-Nine Thousand Dollars ($99,000.00).
