Reference is made to our contract number 210227J dated April 6,2001 covering
Library Entertainment Services.
The contract with your company expires May 31,2004.The County of Fresno desires to
extend this contract for an additional twelve (12)month period effective June 1,2004
through May 31,2005,with the following changes:
1.Estimated number of programs for the period shall be twenty FO~
2.Costs per program will remain at two hundred dOllars~~

RE:Art Grueneberger.
The amount per program ($225)is okay but please change the maximum to $3375
(the more expensive they get the less we use them).if I need to sign
anything again just let me know.

Jennifer,I sent the renewal contract #210227J to Art Grueneberger for
signature,with the changes per your requisition #7514006191.I just
received back the signed copy,with changes.He crossed out the $200.00
program charge and changed it to $225.00,and crossed out the $4000.00
maximum fees to be paid under the contract,and changed it to $4500.00.Is
this acceptable?Brian.
