Reference is made to our contract number 210227J dated April 6,2001 covering
Library Entertainment Services.
The contract with your company expires May 31,2003.The County of Fresno desires to
extend this contract for an additional twelve (12)month period effective June 1,2003
through May 31,2004,with the following changes:
RENEWAL:This agreement may be renewed for additional one (1)year periods by the
mutual written consent of all parties.
INSURANCE:If coming onto County property,Automotive Public Liability Insurance with
limits of not less than one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000.00)per occurrence and not
le§s than tb~eehundred.toou~and dQllars($~OO,poo,oq).annual aggregate for bodily injury
and.noUess thah fifty thousancf dollars -($'5'0",000:00)property damage.
Acknowledge your acceptance by returning all pages of the signed original of this letter
to my office,retaining a copy for your files.
