Reference is made to our contract number 210005J dated June 29,2000 covering
Library Entertainment Services.
The contract with your company expires June 30,2005.The County of Fresno desires to
extend this contract for an additional twelve (12)month period effective July 1,2005
through June 30,2006 with the following changes:
1.Estimated number of programs for the period shall be fifteen (15).
2.Price per program will increase to two hundred seventy-five dollars ($275.00).
3.Maximum fees to be paid under this agreement shall not exceed four thousand one
hundred and twenty-five dollars ($4,125.00).
Acknowledge your acceptance by returning all pages of the signed original of this letter to
my office,retaining a copy for your files.
