Reference is made to our contract number 210005J dated June 29,2000 covering
Puppet Production Services to the County's library system.
The contract with your company expires June 30,2004.The County of Fresno desires to
extend this contract for an additional twelve (12)month period effective July 1,2004
through June 30,2005 with the following changes:
1.Estimated number of performances for the period shall be fifteen (15).
2.Maximum fees to be paid under this Agreement shall not exceed five thousand dollars
($5,000.00).
Price per performance will remain unchanged at two hundred fifty dollars ($250.00).
Acknowledge your acceptance by returning all pages of the signed original of this letter
to my office,retaining a copy for your files.
