is amended as follows:
~40-Minute program fee to increase to $200.00 from previous year's fee of $175.00.
~Maximum fees to be paid under this agreement shall not exceed $7,500.00.
This amendment will be effective immediately through June 30,2003.Prices will be
firm for the contract period.Amendment provisions shall remain in full force and effect
with any contract renewals.
Please acknowledge your acceptance by returning all pages of the signed original of
this letter to my office,retaining a copy for your files.
