Reference is made to our contract number 200171 E dated February 1,2000 covering
Overnight Delivery Service.
The contract with your company expires January 31,2003.The County of Fresno desires
to extend this contract for an additional twelve (12)months effective February 1,2003
through January 31,2004.
Additionally,except when written notice is delivered by either party to the other
expressing intent not to renew,the County would like this contract to automatically
renew for two (2)additional one (1)year periods.Contract would then be in effect for a
total of three (3)years after the expiration date of January 31,2003.All other terms
and conditions remain in force and effect as currently written.
Acknowledge your acceptance by returning all pages of the signed original of this letter
to my office,retaining a copy for your files.

Dear Cathi,
Please find the signed extension of Contract No.200171E.There are no changes to your
current contract,which expires January 31,2003 and will be extended for a total of 3
years as requested in your October 30,2002 letter.We will however review this
agreement annually and if any changes need to be made at that time we will contact you.
