Contract Number 200136E covering Electrical,Communication and Data Supplies is
amended as follows:
1.Amend agreement to include Communications Equipment Extended
Maintenance at 3%discount off Cisco Systems Maintenance packages.
This amendment will be effective from April 3,2000 through December 31,2000.
Prices will be firm for the contract period.Amendment provisions shall remain in full
force and effect with any contract renewals.
Please acknowledge your acceptance by returning all pages of the signed original of
this letter to my office,retaining a copy for your files.
