Reference is made to our contract number 200136E dated January 1,2000 covering
electrical,Communication and Data Supplies.
The contract with your company expires December 31,2002.The County of Fresno
desires to extend this contract for an additional twelve (12)months effective January 1,
2003 through December 31,2003.
Additionally,except when written notice is delivered by either party to the other
expressing intent not to renew,the County would like this contract to automatically
renew for two (2)additional one (1)year periods.Contract would then be in effect for a
total of three (3)years after the expiration date of December 31,2002.All other terms
and conditions remain in force and effect as currently written.
Acknowledge your acceptance by returning all pages of the signed original of this letter
to my office,retaining a copy for your files.
