Reference is made to our contract number 200057J (formerly 2000570 )dated August
31,1999 covering the purchase of casters,chair parts and related supplies.
The contract with your company expires August 31,2004.The County of Fresno desires
to extend this contract for an additional twelve (12)month period effective September 1,
2004 through August 31,2005
Additionally,except when written notice is delivered by either party to the other
expressing intent not to renew,the County would like this contract to automatically
renew for two (2)additional one (1)year periods.Contract would then be in effect for a
total of three (3)years after the expiration date of August 31,2004.All other terms and
conditions remain in force and effect as currently written.
Acknowledge your acceptance by returning all pages of the signed original of this letter
to my office,retaining a copy for your files.
