Reference is made to our contract number 200021 E dated July 1,1999 covering Hardware
and Miscellaneous Items.
The contract with your company expires June 30,2002.The County of Fresno desires to
extend this contract for an additional twelve (12)months effective July 1,2002 through
June 30,2003.
Additionally,except when written notice is delivered by either party to the other
expressing intent not to renew,the County would like the contract to automatically
renew for two (2)additional one (1)year periods.Contract would then be in effect for a
total of three (3)years after the expiration date of June 30,2002.All other terms and
conditions remain in force and effect as currently written.
Acknowledge your acceptance by returning all pages of the signed original of this letter
to my office.
