Contract Number P-14-003-P covering Ordinance Codifier is amended to include the following
increase to the contract maximum
In no event shall services performed and/or fees paid under this Agreement be in excess of
twenty-one thousand dollars ($21 ,000.00).
This amendment will be effective from immediately through December 31, 2016. Prices will be
firm for the contract period. Amendment provisions shall remain in full force and effect with any
contract renewals.
Please acknowledge your acceptance by returning all pages of the signed original of this letter
to my office, retaining a copy for your files.
