the following product(s) from 760-5288.

B5-RL04-AIR-ABZ Gravity Discharge Bar (3"x96") mounted under
the rear bumper of the water tank 6'x4" Sump
and 4" Butterfly valve
1 $2,750.00
In no event shall services performed and/or fees paid under this Agreement be in excess of two
hundred sixty-five thousand two hundred eighty-eight dollars and ninety-five cents.
($265,288.95).
This amendment will be effective immediately through August 19, 2020. Prices will be firm for
the contract period. Amendment provisions shall remain in full force and effect with any contract
renewals.
Please acknowledge your acceptance by returning all pages of the signed original of this letter
to my office, retaining a copy for your files.
