Contract Number P-13-526-C covering service to County owned units is amended to increase
the maximum amount of the contract.
MAXIMUM: In no event shall services performed and/or fees paid under this Agreement be in
excess of eighty-five thousand eight hundred dollars ($85,800.00).
This amendment will be effective from October 20, 2014 through September 11, 2016. Prices
will be firm for the contract period. Amendment provisions shall remain in full force and effect
with any contract renewals.
Please acknowledge your acceptance by returning all pages of the signed original of this letter
to my office, retaining a copy for your files.
