Now that PACT has been implemented under Fresno County Agreement A-11-093, there is no
need for the separate Purchasing Contract #28004 7H to provide MA YSI II services as these
services are included in PACT. The County of Fresno no longer requires the services provided
by the above referenced agreement with your firm.
Therefore, in accordance with the conditions of said agreement, the County hereby gives the
required advance notice of termination, effective November 30, 2013.

Fresno County is looking forward to your continued service to the Probation Department under
Agreement A-11-093.
