Contract Number P-14-095-P covering Audit & Evaluation of Use of Force & Arming Policies &
Procedures is hereby amended to extend the contracted period thirty (30) days
The contract with your company expires October 31, 2014. The County of Fresno desires to
extend this contract for an additional thirty (30) days effective November 1, 2014 through
November 30, 2014.
In no event shall services performed and/or fees paid under this Agreement be in excess of
twenty-two thousand nine hundred dollars ($22,900.00).
This amendment will be effective from November 1, 2014 through November 30, 2014. Prices
will be firm for the contract period. Amendment provisions shall remain in full force and effect
with any contract renewals.
Please acknowledge your acceptance by returning all pages of the signed original of this letter
to my office, retaining a copy for your files.
