and Expert Witness Services is amended as follows:
Extend contract for an additional two (2) years effective September 1, 2014 through
August 31, 2016.
Maximum: In no event shall services performed and/or fees paid under this
agreement be in excess of forty thousand, nine hundred seventy-seven dollars and
twenty six cents ($40,977.26).
Please acknowledge your acceptance by returning all pages of the signed original of this letter
to my office, retaining a copy for your files.
