Contract Number P-1 0-471-G covering the purchase, services and maintenance of eight riding
mowers is amended to include the County of Fresno Department of Public Works and Planning,
Parks Division and to extend the contract to October 4, 2015.
In no event shall services performed and/or fees paid under this Agreement be in excess of one
hundred eighty-five thousand dollars ($185,000.00).
This amendment will be effective from August 29, 2014 through October 4, 2015. Prices will be
firm for the contract period. Amendment provisions shall remain in full force and effect with any
contract renewals.
Please acknowledge your acceptance by returning all pages of the signed original of this letter
to my office, retaining a copy for your files.
