members of the National Association of State Procurement officials (NASPO), members of the Western States Contracting
Alliance (WSCA) and other authorized Participating States and Participating Entities.

Pursuant to Minnesota law, the term of this Agreement shall be effective upon the date of final execution by the State of
Minnesota or on 9/1/2009 through 12/31/2014.
