Contract Number P-1 0-531-K covering Alarm Services at 7633 N Weber, Fresno, CA 93722 is
amended to include the following.
The contract with your company expires September 30, 2014. The County of Fresno desires to
extend this contract for an additional eight (8) months effective October 1, 2014 through May 31,
2015.
In no event shall services performed and/or fees paid under this Agreement be in excess of
eight thousand dollars, ($8,000.00).
Please acknowledge your acceptance by returning all pages of the signed original of this letter
to my office, retaining a copy for your files.
