Contract Number P-12-276-G covering Landscape Maintenance Services at CSA #43-Raisin
City is amended to exclude the following service(s).
The County of Fresno desires to terminate services at County Service Area No. 43 (Raisin City)
included in this contract effective September 1, 2014 through June 30, 2015.
The County of Fresno hereby decreases the total amount of this contract from a $10,000.00
annual maximum to a $6,700.00 maximum to be effective July 1, 2014 in accordance with the
terms and conditions of our Contract Number P-12-276-G and Bid Number 515-5044. All
orders placed prior to September 1, 2014 will be priced in accordance with current
contract pricing.
In no event shall services performed and/or fees paid under this Agreement be in excess of six
thousand seven hundred dollars ($6,700.00).
This amendment will be effective from September 1, 2014 through June 30, 2015. Prices will be
firm for the contract period. Amendment provisions shall remain in full force and effect with any
contract renewals.
Please acknowledge your acceptance by returning all pages of the signed original of this letter
to my office, retaining a copy for your files.
