1 VII. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
2 This Agreement constitutes the entire Agreement between the County and Company
3 with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes all previous negotiations , proposals,
4 commitments , writings , advertisements , publications, and understandings, of any nature
5 whatsoever unless expressly included in this Agreement.
6 VIII. SEVERABILITY
7 Should any provision of this Agreement be found or deemed invalid by a final and
8 binding judicial determination, all other provisions which are otherwise lawful will remain in full
9 force and effect, and to this end the provisions of this Agreement are hereby declared to be
1 0 severable.
11 IN WITNESS WHEREOF , the parties hereto have caused this Agreement to be
12 executed as of the day and year first above written .
