Dear Ms. Wilbur,
The Agreement referenced above for Emergency COVID-19 Shelter, which was executed by
the Board of Supervisors on March 24, 2020, and amended by the County Administrative
Office on September 9, 2020, allows for the option of two 30-day extensions upon written
approval of both parties and authorized the Director of Social Services to execute such
written approval on behalf of the County.
The Department is seeking to extend the agreement from November 1, 2020 through
November 30, 2020.
