The Agreement referenced will terminate on September 12, 2020 if the option of a one-year extension is
not executed by both parties. The Fresno County Board of Supervisors have authorized the Director of
Internal Services/Chief Information Officer to execute such approval on behalf of the County.
This letter serves as a request to exercise a one-year extension of the Agreement through September
11 , 2021. As the signing authority for Belfor Property Restoration, please indicate your willingness to
continue with this Agreement by completing the bottom section of this letter by June 19, 2020 and
providing it back to Brent Fremming at bfremming@fresnocountyca.gov. Please note, the original
signed response does not need to be mailed to us.
