We, the above signed contractor, have given careful consideration to the change proposed and hereby agree, if
this proposal is approved, that we will provide all equipment, furnish all materials, except as may otherwise be
noted above, and perform all services necessary for the work above specified, and will accept as full payment
therefor the prices shown above.
If the Contractor does not sign acceptance of this order, his attention is directed to the requirements of the
specifications as to proceeding with the ordered work and filing a written protest within the time therein
specified.

Make the following changes to the plans and specifications or do the following work not included in
the plans and specifications for this contract. Because of the change(s), ZERO WORKING DAYS will
be added to the contract time.
PART I: MODIFY SECTION 72-5.01 OF THE STANDARD SPECIFICATIONS
Replace the second paragraph of Section 72-5.01 Slope Protection Standard Specifications
with:
Construct slope protection, gutter lining, and channel lining using shotcrete.
This change does not impact the critical path for the project, so granting additional contract time was not
warranted.
TOTAL COST PART I: $0.00 (NO COST)
TOTAL TIME EXTENSION PART I: ZERO WORKING DAYS
PART II: MODIFY -ON PLAN SHEET NUMBER S-8
Replace Detail Section D-D, on Plan Sheet No. S-8 with Fresno Irrigation District (FID) Standard
Detail 2-01 (attached) in order to incorporate construction joints and water stops at FID s request
according to Section 4-1.05, Changes and Extra Work, of the Standard Specifications.
Payment for this work will be made as extra work at an agreed lump sum price of $4,313.71
according to Section 9-1.03, Payment Scope, of the Special Provisions.
This work did not impact the critical path for the project, so granting additional contract time was not warranted.
