The contract with your company expires May 31, 2015. The County of Fresno desires to extend this contract for an additional one year period effective June 1, 2015 through May 31, 2016. In no event shall services performed and/or fees paid under this Agreement be in excess of one hundred fifty thousand dollars ($150,000.00). This amendment will be effective from June 1, 2015 through May 31, 2016. Prices will be firm for the contract period. Amendment provisions shall remain in full force and effect with any contract renewals. Please acknowledge your acceptance by returning all pages of the signed original of this letter to my office, retaining a copy for your files.
