Contract Number P-12-168-J covering Foreclosure Services is amended to include the
following:
The contract with your company expires June 30, 2015. The County of Fresno desires to
extend this contract for an additional one (1) year period effective July 1, 2015 through June 30,
2016.
This amendment will be effective from July 1, 2015 through June 30, 2016. Prices will be firm
for the contract period. Amendment provisions shall remain in full force and effect with any
contract renewals.
Please acknowledge your acceptance by returning all pages of the signed original of this letter
to my office, retaining a copy for your files.
