Contract Number P-14-248-M covering Clerical Support Services for Elections is set to expire
May 4, 2015 . The County of Fresno desires to extend this contract for an additional one (1)
year period effective May 5, 2015 through May 4 , 2016.
In no event shall services performed and/or fees paid under this Agreement be in excess of ten
thousand dollars ($10,000.00).
Prices will be firm for the contract period. Amendment provisions shall remain in full force and
effect with any contract renewals.
Please acknowledge your acceptance by returning all pages of the signed original of this letter
to my office, retaining a copy for your files .
