Contract Number P-14-304-P covering Fasteners, Nuts and Bolts is amended to include the
County of Fresno Department of Public Works -Resources-Special Districts.
In no event shall services performed and/or fees paid under this Agreement be in excess of
thirty-three thousand dollars ($33,000.00).
This amendment will be effective immediately through June 30, 2017. Prices will be firm for the
contract period. Amendment provisions shall remain in full force and effect with any contract
renewals.
Please acknowledge your acceptance by returning all pages of the signed original of this letter
to my office, retaining a copy for your files.
