1 AMENDMENT I TO AGREEMENT
2 THIS AMENDMENT I TO AGREEMENT P-11-039-K, hereinafter referred to as
3 "Amendment" is made and entered into this ___ day of ________ , by and
4 between COUNTY OF FRESNO, a political subdivision of the State of California, Fresno,
5 California hereinafter referred to as "COUNTY", and each provider signatory to this Agreement
6 and listed in ATIACHMENT "A", attached hereto and by this reference incorporated herein,
7 collectively hereinafter referred to as CONTRACTOR(S) and such additional
8 CONTRACTOR(S) as may from time to time during this Agreement, be added by COUNTY to
9 this Master Agreement with COUNTY, by such additional contractor signing signature page and
10 being added by COUNTY to ATTACHMENT "A".
11 WITNESSETH:
12 WHEREAS, the COUNTY and the CONTRACTOR(S) entered into Agreement number
13 P-11-039-K, dated February 3, 2011, hereinafter referred to as "Agreement", pursuant to which
14 the CONTRACTOR(S) agreed to provide appraisal services to the COUNTY; and
15 WHEREAS, the COUNTY and the CONTRACTOR(S) now desire to amend the
16 Agreement in order to extend the contract for an additional year.
17 NOW, THEREFORE, for good and valuable consideration, the receipt and adequacy of
18 which is hereby acknowledged, the COUNTY and the CONTRACTOR(S) agree as follows:
19 1. Section 1. Term of the Agreement, located on page two (2), lines eight (8) through

nine (9), is deleted in its entirety and replaced with the following:
"This Agreement shall become effective on the 241h day of February, 2011, and
shall terminate on the 23rd day of February, 2016."
Section 2. Renewal of the Agreement, located on page two (2), lines twelve (12)
24 through fifteen (15), is deleted in its entirety.
1 The COUNTY and the CONTRACTOR(S) agree that this Amendment is sufficient to
2 amend the Agreement and, that upon execution of this Amendment, the Agreement and this
3 Amendment together shall be considered the Agreement.
4 The Agreement, as hereby amended, is ratified and continued. All provisions, terms,
5 covenants, conditions and promises contained in the Agreement and not amended herein shall
6 remain in full force and effect.
