Contract Number P-11-099-K covering Credit Reporting Services is amended to include the
following.
The contract with your company expires March 28, 2015. The County of Fresno desires to
extend this contract for an additional one (1) year period effective March 29, 2015 through
March 28, 2016.
In no event shall services performed and/or fees paid under this Agreement be in excess of five
thousand dollars ($5,000.00).
This amendment will be effective from March 29, 2015 through March 28, 2016. Prices will be
firm for the contract period. Amendment provisions shall remain in full force and effect with any
contract renewals.
Please acknowledge your acceptance by returning all pages of the signed original of this letter
to my office, retaining a copy for your files.
