Re : Agreement No. A-17-382 for Modification to advanced postage payments
Dear CEO ,
The above referenced Agreement for insert, presort, and mailing services, required the County of
Fresno (COUNTY) to make monthly advance payments for the express purpose of covering postage for
9"x12 " flats , in an amount not to exceed $32 ,500 for each month this Agreement is in force .
Section 5-COMPENSATION , Subsection B ., authorized the Director of Internal Services/Chief
Information Officer, or designee, to agree in writing to any change in the monthly advance payment
amount, provided such amount does not exceed $32 ,500 per month .
The Coun ty requests that the monthly advanced postage payment scheduled for January 2021 be
reverted to $32,500 per month .
If you as the signing authority agree to the proposed modifications to the Agreement, please sign and
date on the line below, image scan, and return this letter by December 4 , 2020 by email to Brent
Fremming, at bfremming@fresnocountyca.gov .
