Contract Number P -16-197 -P covering Bottled Water is amended as follows:
The contract with your company expires April 30, 2020. The County of Fresno desires to extend this
contract for an additional one (1) year period effective May 1. 2020 through April 30, 2020. Prices will be
firm for the contract period. Amendment provisions shall remain in full force and effect with any contract
renewals.
The County of Fresno hereby accepts your price increase notice dated March 23, 2020 to be effective
April 23, 2020 in accordance with the terms and conditions of our Contract Number P-16-197-P and
Revised Attachment. All orders placed prior to April 23, 2020 will be priced in accordance with
current contract pricing.
Maximum: In no event shall services performed and/or fees paid under this Agreement be in excess of
Seventy-two thousand seven hundred sixty dollars, ($72,760.00).
