as follows:
The contract with your company expires November 30, 2020. The County of Fresno desires to extend
this contract for an additional one (1) year period effective December 1, 2020 through November 30,
2021. Prices will be firm for the contract period. Amendment provisions shall remain in full force and
effect with any contract renewals.
