Re: Agreement No. P-17-187-Q for Automatic Vehicle Location Mobile Data System
Dear Mr. Walters,
The Agreement referenced will terminate on May 1, 2021 if the option of a one-year extension is not
executed by both parties. The Fresno County Board of Supervisors have authorized the Director of
Internal Services/Chief Information Officer to execute such approval on behalf of the County .
This letter serves as a request to exercise a one-year extension of the Agreement through May 1, 2022.
As the signing authority for King Technical Services, please indicate your willingness to continue with
this Agreement by completing the bottom section of this letter by December 1, 2020 to Brent Fremming
at bfremming@fresnocountyca.gov. Please note, the original signed response does not need to be
mailed to us .
