The contract with your company ex ires October 31, 2016. The Ci unty of Fresno desires to extend this
contract for an additional one (1) ye • r period effective November 1 2016 through October 31, 2017.
Prices will be firm for the contract p riod. Amendment provisions shall remain in full force and effect with
any contract renewals . \
Maximum: In no event shall services performed and/or fees paid under this Agreement be in excess of
one hundred thousand dollars ($1 00 000 .00).
