contract for an additional one ( 1) ye r effective 1 0/28/2016 through l 1 0/27/2017 . Prices will be firm for the
contract period . Amendment provisi ns shall remain in full force and effect with any contract renewals.
The County of Fresno hereby acce ts your price increase notice dl ted 9/29/2016 to be effective
10/28/2016 in accordance with the t rms and conditions of our Con 1 ract Number P-13-634-C and Revised
Attachment "A". All orders placed rior to 10/28/2016 will be pri ed in accordance with current
contract pricing.
**Maximum: In no event shall servic s performed and/or fees paid under this Agreement be in excess of
ninety thousand dollars ($90,000.00)
