Contract Number P-13-638-P covering Auto and Light Duty Vehicle Washing is amended as follows:
The contract with your company expires October 31, 2016. The County of Fresno desires to extend this
contract for an additional one ( 1) year period effective November 1, 2016 through October 31, 2017.
Prices will be firm for the contract period. Amendment provisions shall remain in full force and effect with
any contract renewals.
Maximum: In no event shall services performed and/or fees paid under this Agreement be in excess of
one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000.00).
Please acknowledge your acceptance by returning all pages of the signed original of this letter to my
office, retaining a copy for your files.
