The contract with your company expires July 31, 2016. The County of Fresno desires to extend this
contract for an additional one (1) year period effective August 1, 2016 through July 31, 2017. Prices will
be firm for the contract period. Amendment provisions shall remain in full force and effect with any
contract renewals.
Maximum: In no event shall services per~ed and/or fees paiu l;'m~r this Agree..ment be in excess of
