Per Paragraph ·2a. Term. of our Lease Agreement dated October 13, 2015, this letter will
serve to define the term of our Lease Agreeme ht as beginning December 1,2015, and
ending on November 30, 2020. Please indicate your acceptance of this by signing below
and returning all three copies of this letter to our office. We will return a fully executed
copy of the letter to you .
First month's rent of $4,641.30 will be due on December 1, 2015.
Please furnish us with a Certificate of Insurance indicating coverage as required in
Paragraph 14 of our lease agreement as soon as possible .
Larry, it is a pleasure to have you as a tenant in Starpoint Towers, and we wish you every
success in your new location.
