Include services to ISD Facility Services 4590 E Kings Canyon Road, CA 93702. The department contact
is Gerald Schiebelhut at (559) 600-5092. This amendment will be effective October 1, 2020 through the
expiration date (July 17, 2022, )of the agreement. Amendment provisions shall remain in full force and
effect with any contract renewals.
Maximum: In no event shall services performed and/or fees paid under this Agreement be in excess of
One hundred five thousand dollars, ($105,000.00).
