We, the above signed contractor, have given careful consideration to the change proposed and hereby agree, if
this proposal is approved, that we will provide all equipment, furnish all materials, except as may otherwise be
noted above, and perform all services necessary for the work above specified, and will accept as full payment
therefor the prices shown above.
If the Contractor does not sign acceptance of this order, his attention is directed to the requirements of t he
specifications as to proceeding with the ordered work and filing a written protest within the time therein
specified.
TO: AGEE CONSTRUCTION CORPORATION.:
Make the following changes to the plans and specifications or do the following work not included in
the plans and specifications for this contract. Because of the change(s), ZERO WORKING DAYS will
be added to the contract time.
MODIFY SECTION 51-4.02C OF THE STANDARD SPECIFICATIONS
Replace the third paragraph of Section 51-4.02C, “Materials,” of the Standard Specifications with:
“Grout for keyways must have a cementitious material content of at least 590 lb./cu yd and a grading
size no larger than a 3/8-inch maximum grading . Penetration of the concrete must be near the lower
limit of the specified nominal penetration.”
This change does not impact the critical path for the project, so granting additional contract time was not
warranted.
