Contract Number P-14-305-C covering Bulk Fuel -Gasoline and Diesel is amended as follows:
The contract with your company expires September 14, 2017. The County of Fresno desires to extend
this contract for an additional one (1) year effective September 15, 2017 through September 14, 2018.
Prices will be firm for the contract period. Amendment provisions shall remain in full force and effect with
any contract renewals.
Maximum: In no event shall services performed and/or fees paid under this Agreement be in excess of
Thirty Million Dollars ($30,000,000.00).
Please acknowledge your acceptance by returning all pages of the signed original of this letter to my
office, retaining a copy for your files.
